Just deleted the plugin folder from cpanel. to get this site live asap.

I have just updated on my test sites, and everything went well.

Did the update yesterday then did the latest update just now. I gave me a fatal error and I could not see the WP login. I should have copied the fatal error info, with the help of IT at 1&1 they removed the plugin. I can see the WP login now.

The error was within 1&1 after I login. I believe it was Line 672 in one of my folders in WP, inside their host server.

It was a silly-silly mistake, which ruins lots of sites. I am terribly sorry for that.

Thank you @obri3n, @marahmanb2b, @escondido18 for reporting the issue at the first place.

If you do not want the plugin anymore, you need to remove these options from the database.

Options table with option_name:

mobile_contact_bar
mobile_contact_bar_version

Usermeta table with meta_key:

%mobile_contact_bar%
%mobile-contact-bar%
