Your theme (OceanWP Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template

    Hello Nicolas,

    I am using oceanwp with the Store demo “STORE” –> https://store.oceanwp.org/.
    After updating to WooCommerce Version 3.7.0 I get this message:

    “Your theme (OceanWP Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.
    These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.”

    Is there an update available for the OceanWP Child theme? Is it compatible with the current WooCommerce Version 3.7.0?
    Can you advice what I should do to update the OceanWP Child theme? How to proceed, so I can do it myself? Thank you very much.

    Have you updated the OceanWP theme to the latest version? If you have copied woocommerce file into the child theme, then trying replacing it with the updated file.

    O.K., how is this exactly done, never did it? What files I do have to copy where? Thanks.

    Same issue, need advice on this too. Causing lot’s of headaches, it seems it’s messing up the invoicing process….

    @passionateentrepreneur @magdizajn78 this issue is already fixed. Have you updated the oceanwp theme to the latest version? Have you copied the theme woocommerce files into the child theme?

    Hello Amit,
    yes of course I have updated the oceanwp theme to the last version, that’s the easy part. As I said before, I would like to know how to copy the theme woocommerce files into the oceanwp child theme? It sounds may a little unusual but visually what files exactly do I have to copy from woocommerce (where from) to child theme (where to in child theme)? How to proceed, so I can do it myself?
    There is another matter and no offence to you: Do you know how I can reach Nicolas the owner/developer of oceanwp? The reason I am asking is as you know, I purchased 3 months priority support on his website to ask HIM the same question. Again, no offence but I think he may has a different approach to this problem since he is! at the end the “developer”. Sorry but I do have so my experience in this matter and I hate to bring it up in this forum. I know you are the guy who wants only to help! Thank you so very much.

    It’s not going to happen on this forum. I switch to paid priority support at oceanwp. Let’s see how this turns out. Thanks for wasting my time.
