Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support

  • Hi there

    I am using the sydney theme for an online store and a message pops up: “Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support”

    How do I fix this and will it affect the functioning of the site?

    That is considered as normal because supporting WooCommerce compatibility isn’t required thing to do for theme author. But the pro version fully supports it. You may consider to upgrade.

    It must be added into the theme’s functions.php file.
