I have connected Google sheets correctly and can see my files, but when I select the one I use I get “Your table is empty.” The table has data. I even uploaded the example file and selected that one and I get the same results. It has been over 2 hours since I set up the google connection.

    Dear @aunrea,

    Thank you for the topic.

Most presumably, the Google Sheets API is disabled.
So, please head to the following link with the account to which you are connected:
    https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/library/sheets.googleapis.com

There, check whether the API is enabled or not.
If not, please enable it, wait for some minutes, and check whether the issue has?been resolved or not.

    See the screenshot below:

Please check this and get back to us with an outcome.

    Thank you.

I saw enable drive in the instructions, but not enable sheets.

Also how do I get dates to show up as dates and not large decimal numbers?

I did get the sheets enabled and it works.

The dates are messed up. They are formatted like 8/15/2024.

Is there a way to only use some columns of a google sheet? I don’t want all the columns used on another chart.

    Dear @aunrea,

    Thank you for your response.

I want to mention, that your data must be of either the Text or Number type for this chart.?
Most presumably, your data is of the Date type, due to which, the casting is done automatically and the plugin gets the cast number from Google.

So, we would recommend you change the data type to text and check the case again.

    See the screenshot below:

    As to the following part:
<<Is there a way to only use some columns of a google sheet? I don’t want all the columns used on another chart.

I want to mention, that the plugin allows choosing the columns you want/don’t want to use.

    See the screenshots below:

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.

I have the dates showing correctly. I did see the columns button and clicked it. I can’t select any of the checkboxes. None are selected and they can’t be selected.
