    Hello, we are experiencing a major problem, students already enrolled in a course are unable to access the course, the system says that their subscription is not active.
    Also if I want to add a course or lesson it says: no results.

    It’s really urgent to solve this matter.

    Unfortunately, I wasn’t reproduce the case on our testing site.

    Could you please deactivate extra plugins one by one to see if to check if any of them may cause the issue?

    Hello, I am getting a similar problem

    I am using MasterStudy Theme with WooCommerce and Paid Membership Pro

    We are offering all courses as one time purchase, as well as monthly or annual membership.

    When our clients buy a course as one time payment, the course does not get activated for them. It shows a message on the thumbnail that says: “Membership is not active”.

    The client has not bought a membership using Paid Membership Pro in the first place. It was only a one time purchase.

    When I disable PMP, the problem gets solved.

    I think this is a bug, because before the update, everything was working fine.

    Hello,

    I was suggested to switch on the “Not included in membership” button in the pricing section and now everything works properly.
    I thought the update has switched it off by default and that’s why it was not working.

    yes I tried that for one of the courses and the problem was solved but then I have to turn on this option for all the courses on the website. On the other hand if I do this, if any member buys a monthly or annual membership, the courses will not be available for him, therefore it will be a problem with paid membership pro side.

    Since you have purchased the MasterStudy premium theme and has MasterStudy LMS PRO, you might already have access to the premium support (ticket). Please reach out with your inquiry via https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets/new Also, we have thousands of customers who have been using Paid Memberships Pro and Woocommerce and we have not yet received similar reports like yours suggesting this case ought to be unique to your setup only. Anyhow, I look forward to your ticket as we don’t have the authority here to discuss commercial products.

    Hello, I’m Having the same problem with my website. All users that use the “Buy Once” option are getting the “Subscription is not active” error. If I disable PaidMembership Pro it fix it but I need them to work toguether. I can’t use the “Not included in membership” option because my subscriber will have no access to the content.

    I have the same problem. This happened in one of the multiple updates. I have been working for more than two years and my technical support expired a few months ago, so it seems quite unfair to me that they force us to pay for an issue that they themselves ruined. I hope they provide asolution soon.

    I understand your situation personally and we really want to help you guys and that’s why we are here. But kindly understand, please. No author is allowed to support commercial products in www.remarpro.com forums.

    I need another way to get a solution. By the way the new update of the plugin is making another error that show a blog post in all the lessons content.
