I have a different problem to those reported earlier. Google Dev tools reports:

Using:
WP – 5.6
TAGDIV Newspaper theme – 10.3.9.1
Contact Form 7 – 5.3.1
AMP – 2.0.8
PHP – 7.4.13
CentOS 7

I’m receiving the form messages OK, but the person completing the form gets the error message.

Any thoughts?
