    Hey guys,

    I received an email from WordPress about a technical issue related to WooCommerce. Can you please help me with this?

    Hi @zzlatevv

    First, open the FTP or SFTP. Then go to the path below and check whether the wc-order-functions.php file exists or not.

    FTP Path:

    /home/muuddavo/domain.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/

    It is causing the issue because the?wc-order-functions.php?file is not opening from the?wc-core-functions.php?file. That is causing other issues. So if the file is not found, please update or download the new WooCommerce plugin and make one test order.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you have received an email from WordPress regarding technical issues related to your WooCommerce installation, is this correct?

    Have you made any recent changes to your site prior to being notified of this error? Also, have you been experiencing anything out of the ordinary on your site which does not depict the usual WooCommerce core behavior as a result of these error messages (i.e is anything on your site being affected visually, or with basic functionality)?

    I am asking this as I would like to know if there is anything on your site being affected that relates to their error messages.

    As a first step, could you please do the following:

    • Deactivate WooCommerce:
    • Delete WooCommerce:
    • Download and install the latest version of WooCommerce
    • Activate WooCommerce again.

    After performing the above steps, clear your website’s cache and then navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, and check to see if the error messages are still being displayed.

    If the error persists, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
