    Hello there,

    We have purchased a paid version of Bookly. Created the ticket, provided admin credentials, disabled caching as instructed, and have been doing multiple f/ups with your support team’s slowest response time as an achievement.

    Ticket no: 307496

    Raising this in the public to create an awareness so that other people can also opine and provide their acknowledgement if they are also receiving the similar errors.

    Do note that this is affecting my business negatively and stands unresolved, still.
