Your server is not using expires header for your images

    Hello,
    the seo analyzer gives the error: “Your server is not using expires header for your images”

    In another forum-post you mentioned, it could be an issue with the webp-format

    In the .htaccess file “ExpiresByType image/webp” is defined.

    What shall I do?

    If you already addressed that, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Clear SEO Analyzer”. After that, re-run the SEO Analyzer again. See if this will update the report.

    Hello @mcm0707,

    When looking through the page you shared we didn’t find any actual image tags on the page. You can see the same by inspecting the source code and looking for the following tags: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp

    Since we require at least one to be present on the page to check the expires headers and you don’t have any we return the error for that test on your website.
