"Your SAML Info" Blank

I have the plugin fully set up and all of my check boxes are green. The only problem is that the section for “Your SAML Info” is blank for all 3 of the provided fields, and when I click on the metadata url, it opens a blank page. I have tried viewing source on the page as well and it is totally blank.
