Check that there’s not a “pro” folder inside of the /wp-content/plugins/pretty-link/ directory.

If so, delete that folder.

You will need to check in the wp_options table for a row with option_name = prli_activated and delete that row.

Your webhost might be able to help you do this, if you’re unsure how to do it.
