• Your plugin has the same name as this paid plugin by Mythemeshop:
    https://mythemeshop.com/plugins/wp-mega-menu/

Your plugin is updating as the Mythemeshop plugin and overwriting it. Please change the name of your plugin so this doesn’t happen anymore. This has been happening for more than a week and you should have fixed it by now. This is against the terms of service of the WordPress registry. If this is not fixed soon, I will report it to the registry and your plugin may be removed.

    Hello there,

It seems the plugin that you are mentioning is not available in the www.remarpro.com plugin repository. If your plugin was already on the www.remarpro.com repostiory, then our plugin won’t have been approved by the WordPress.

And beside www.remarpro.com repository, there may be many other plugins with the same name which we won’t be able to figure out. That’s the reason of name collision and we assume it was not intentional at all.

And regarding changing the name in the www.remarpro.com repository, the name of the plugin is already different from the conflicted plugin. The conflict is only due to the slug of the plugin. And as per the www.remarpro.com slug changing mechanism, the plugin must be shutdown and resubmitted again to change the slug which is not feasible at all from our end. So we suggest you to change the slug of the plugin files from your end to avoid future conflicts because that plugin is not available in the www.remarpro.com repository.

    Thanks.

It’s not strictly against our terms but it IS something we strive to avoid. If a well known plugin exists outside the directory has a specific slug FIRST, we do our best to respect that.

Please email things like this to [email protected] in the future. Thank you.
