Can you please temporary deactivate our plugin?

I don’t understand what you mean by the statement:

“Can you please temporary deactivate our plugin?”

Does that mean that the issue can not be resolved?

Beside, i deactivated the plugin again but surprisingly the Review Snippet Error now refuse to go when i did another test with Google Rich Result Testing Tool.

This is now weird, because deactivating your plugin initially resolved the error that is why i reported the issue in the first place.

But now after reporting and sending my System Report Data, deactivating your plugin no longer resolve the issue.

I’m somehow confused about the whole thing now.

Please kindly clarify all of this and let me know if you are still working on resolving the issue for me.

I asked to temporarily deactivate our plugin for troubleshooting purposes. Can you please let me know if the problem with the structured markup is resolved after deactivation of our plugin?

The problem is not resolved after deactivating the plugin.

But this was not the case when i contacted you at the beginning of our conversation.

Thanks for letting me know. If the problem is still not resolved, then something else must be causing it. Can you please try to recollect what did you do on your site after your first forum posting?
