    I’ve installed your plugin to test before I buy the Pro version. I have 10 sites I would like to install it on to replace the poorly supported Amazon eStore plugin.

    Unfortunately I have run into several failures.

    1. I cannot import products. The search shows “loading..” permanently. Nothing is returned. Ever…

    2. The link for the Chrome extension is broken.

    Is this product even supported anymore? I would love to use it, but without some form of support, it’s just another abandoned WP Plugin

  • I don’t think it still makes sense to buy this plugin. The Chrome Extension website has not been accessible for months.

    I emailed him directly to get a response. I understand that Amazon is constantly changing their API and it’s difficult to keep up with it.

    But that’s not an excuse for developers, selling a product, to ignore inquiries.

    I’ve used the Amazon eStore for a couple years. Even paying for their support doesn’t get me a response. It can take weeks. ..just nonsense…

    I’m hoping this plugin will be supported better.

    I have recently purchase this plugin and ran through the same issue. I’m not able to download products.

    Well it appears about the time I made my original post, a new update was released and the search function is now working. I can import products.

    The Chrome Extension would be nice, but the search filter and product previews make importing in bulk easy enough.

    At least it’s working. My previous plugins from AATeam, sold under several different names, still does not work, nor are they responding to support questions.

    I should also mention I just migrated all my sites over to a better quality VPS hosting service. It could very well be that the previous hosting service (A2 Hosting) was the problem.

    I intend to do more testing, but based on what I see right now I intend to purchase a package of Pro upgrades for my sites.
