Your plugin conflict with "GD Rating System"…

    Do you have any error notices in your browser’s console? If you deactivate all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme the issue persists?

    Can you send me a link/screenshot where I can see this issue?

    Hi,

    Go to wp-content/plugins/paid-member-subscriptions/assets/css/, download and open the style-back-end file.

    Look for .wp-list-table .column-id and change width to auto and text-align to left.

    Upload the file back and let me know if this fixes the issue.
