    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing, however, this issue is not related to W3 Total Cache but with your MySQL installation.
    Please reach out to your hosting support for assistance as they would be able to help you more with this and also check this link for more info.
    Once again, this is not related to W3 Total Cache.

    Yes, as this is related to MySQL you need to address this to your hosting company. and once again this is not related to the W3 Total Cache.
