Your own Website does not work, and no other support routes – so opening here

  • I have a problem, basically uploading images does not work on replies or new questions – the same issue exists when trying to insert syntax highlighted code – the plugin does not give JS or PHP errors, just silently fails.

    I tried to raise this issue on your own website, but the entire site is full of JS bugs, to the point that it’s not possible to post questions – you also do not allow messaging via Twitter.

    I understand the need to control how support requests arrive, but I also think it would be good for you guys to know and keep your own website working well.

    I think you have written a very good piece of software, by the way – thanks for your hard work!
