“Your orders report will be emailed to you” yet not sending the email

    Hi,

    We are trying to download the reports in the Woocommerce Analytics dashboard,
    the CSV files are getting generating in wp-content/uploads but not being sent over email.

    We have WP SMTP Pro installed and there is no log for the emails are being sent.

    Hi there,

    Can you walk us through the exact process you’re following to trigger those emails? It’d be great if you could also share some screenshots of that in action.

    Finally, please share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**.

    Hello,
    after some investigations, we found that the Administrator that was trying to download the report did not have an email address in the email field of the profile for some reason, after updating the field, the emails with the reports now are showing in the inbox.
