    Greetings
I have set up a VERY simple newsletter sign-up form. (1) Name, (2) e-mail, (3) submit button. When someone uses the form, the e-mail gets sent, not with the text in the [your-name] field, but a 14-char hex code. Examples, something like this:

    59961ff684342 <[email protected]>
    5995ce761886d <[email protected]>
    5995845682794 <[email protected]>

The codes appear to be generated ‘on the fly’, and appear sequential. ish.
I have no idea why it is doing this, has this happened to anyone else?

    Cheers,
    Bill C

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

You have GOT to be kidding me. You have never come across this problem before….???!!!!
This is the equivalent of “turn it off and on again”, that’s rubbish.

    Hello…?
Has anybody else had this problem? I cannot work out what is going wrong with this stupid plugin, it should work.

This issue has mysteriously been marked as “Resolved”, however I have not had any meaningful feedback as to (1) whether anyone else has experienced this problem, or (2) whether the developers are aware of this problem and are looking into why this is happening.

    Thanks very much.
