    Hi supprt,

The plugin was working fine until a few weeks ago when the below error started to show up.

“Oops! We ran into a problem. Please try again in a few minutes. If the issue persists please contact our support team. Error: API returned a 403: Your MonsterInsights authentication has expired. Please re-authenticate on the MonsterInsights settings panel.”

When I go to the settings page this is the message I am seeing “You are now connected with MonsterInsights. We make it effortless for you to implement Google Analytics tracking and see the stats that matter, right inside the WordPress dashboard.”

I relaunched the setup wizard and reconnected MonsterInsights but the error keeps coming up.

Please can you let me know how to resolve this issue?

    Thanks.

    Hi @meher,

I’m sorry about the trouble here.

Out of curiosity, do you have any active cache plugins running on your WordPress site? Can you try clearing the cache and refreshing the page at Insights ? Reports or Insights ? Settings to see if that makes a difference?

If you continue to have trouble with viewing MonsterInsights reports, our team is happy to take a closer look if you could reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/lite-support/.

    Thanks so much!

    Thanks for getting back @devmich.

Yes, I am using a cache plugin – WP Fastest Cache.

I disabled the cache and re-launched the wizard and it got connected but as soon as I either go on the WP dashboard OR Insights ? Reports I get the same error.

I will try to reach out to you’ll via the link you shared.

    Best Wishes,
    Meher
