    Can you please fill out the following form which will send a ticket to our help system – https://www.wplab.com/request-support/

    Within the form, please provide more details about the issue. Also, we’ll need you to please create us an admin account on your site and send the login details via email together with the link to the product in question for quick reference.

    We should be able to say more once we had a chance to look at your setup.
