Your license key has reached its activation limit.

We just purchased a Single-Site WP VR Pro key, and updated the local development version of the site, pushed the changes to the live environment. When we log into the live environment WP VR Pro shows up, but the activation key was required again. When we tried to activate the live site with the key, we received the message “Your license key has reached its activation limit.”. So we went back into the local development version of the site, deactivated the key, the went back to live expecting the key to be freed up now, but still received the same error message.

Will the key be freed back up at some point? Or, can you do it manually for us? Please help.
