Your installation of Jetpack is incomplete

    There seems to be some display issues with my website and when I checked them out, they seem to point back to jetpack.

    At the top of my dashboard I have a message:
    ‘Your installation of Jetpack is incomplete. If you installed Jetpack from GitHub, please refer to this document to set up your development environment. Jetpack must have Composer dependencies installed and built via the build command.’

    I have only ever installed plugins on wordpress via the add plugin section.

    I have tried to remove jetpack to then re-install it, but I cannot delete the plugin.

    Is there something that I should do to sort this issue?

    Hi @supplementgenie

    I’d recommend using FTP or your host’s File Manager to delete the Jetpack folder under wp-content/plugins and then trying to reinstall Jetpack.
