Your homepage cannot be indexed by search engines.

On three sites now, all i did was update a plugin and I get this message. Haven’t touched the homepage? And you can’t crawl more than one site, any possibility it’s on your end because there’s been a number of fixes I’ve seen since the recent ‘big’ roll-out.
