    Thanks for using Ninja Forms!

    While we appreciate that www.remarpro.com provides these forums for plugin developers, we have found that we can better assist users (both paid and free!) in our own support system. Requests left here will only be checked occasionally by a member of our team. However, others in the community are welcome to respond to support requests.

    We have a few tips to help your questions get answered faster.

    1. You can reach out to us directly using our support form at https://ninjaforms.com/contact/
      This helps us track issues and allows us to ask questions we can’t ask here to protect your privacy and security.
    2. The support form on our site asks for this already but we want to reiterate the necessity of providing a System Status report with your support request on NinjaForms.com. This gives us specific information that can narrow down the cause of the problem and speed up your resolution time. You can get a copy of your System Report from the Ninja Forms > Get Help page on your site.
    3. If you problem involves a form issue please provide an export of the form when reaching out at NinjaForms.com. This allows us to test your form on our test servers and verify problems and come up with quick solutions. You can export the form by going to the Ninja Forms > Import/Export page on your site, exporting the form, and then attaching the exported file to the support form on NinjaForms.com.
    4. If there is an error message associated with your support request attaching a screenshot helps, but please include a copy and paste of the error message text. Some errors can be really long and hard to manually copy when we are searching for a solution to your problem.
    5. We have ever-growing and searchable documentation as well as ‘how to’ articles available at https://ninjaforms.com/documentation/ Searching there often provides a ready solution to your problem or a way for you to do whatever you are trying to do.
    6. Per forum rules we cannot provide any support in the review section here. If you have a problem please reach out before posting a review and ask us for help.
