    In admin panel for Mailchimp for WP I get this message:

    Your form contains old style GROUPINGS fields.

    Please remove these fields from your form and then re-add them through the available field buttons to make sure your data is getting through to MailChimp correctly.

    I do not understand what this means. What fields are the old style groupings?

    Hey @vaughn771,

    You must have created those fields prior to our version 3.0. Since we have updated our plugin to use MailChimp.com’s latest API, you will need to delete the interest groups and add them using the buttons provided above the form code.

    The screenshot you shared does not work. Can you please share a screenshot of your form page again?
