Your event details are incorrect and cannot be published.

  • Hi,

    I get this error message:

    Your event details are incorrect and cannot be published. Please correct these errors first: Something went wrong while saving event to index table. Please inform the administrator about it.”

    I’ve already searched the forum and found a post that unfortunately doesn’t help me. It has always worked without any problems until now and after the last update it no longer worked.

    When I create an event, the error message appears. If I then go to all the events, I can publish the event using Quick Edit. However, it will not appear in future events on the event page. It appears when I create my own page and select the events. This is about the event on December 26th.

    Hi, next update:

    Unfortunately the problem is still not resolved. The plugin with all tables was uninstalled and the database was cleaned. Unfortunately, after reinstalling, the same error occurred again.

    It is the latest version of the plugin, WordPress version 6.4.2 and PHP version 8.1. Is there a solution to the problem?

    This may not be your issue, but I think I remember seeing a similar (irrelevant) error message when I went to save an event …without completing all of the required fields.

    All fields were filled out, the plugin had been running on the website for quite a while. Then suddenly not anymore.
