    I checked to make the purchase, but VAT is applied. We are a company in Italy, VAT should not be applied
    Can you let me know how to do it?

    In step 2 of the checkout, you can add your VAT number. See: https://i.snipboard.io/MVYkTJ.jpg. If the number is correct, VAT will not be applied.

    I made the change by entering the VAT and company data.
    View this message “Unable to validate vat number. Please Try Again Later.” The data is correct, I also entered with it in front of the VAT number, but it does not change

    The VAT service is currently down :(. It is a service run by the European Union. You can check the site here: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/

    When the “server down” message is gone, you can try again.
