Yet when I enter it, the system says it is authorized but I need to check the inbox to confirm. Only, there is no msg from Mailpoet and nothing in spam.

I tried switching to an email address that is authorized, I still can’t click the Send button for the newsletter.

The plugin has been working great up to this point. I haven’t run any WP or Mailpoet updates.

    Thank you for your help,

    –Allen

  • I am having this same issue. I’ve sent emails in the past with no problems. I just wanted to schedule an new email for tomorrow and got this same error. My email is already authorized.

    Error says:
You need to authorize the email address [my email address] to be able to send with it. Authorize my email address

    Hi @way10c and @pixelarcher,

Can you please confirm your email address in the plugin settings is displayed in all lowercase?

If not, please change it to lowercase and let me know if it works.

    Hi,

Yes. It is all lower case. I didn’t change anything.

    Hi @way10c,

Can you please update the plugin to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists?

Also, make sure you’re using an activation key from the same account where your Sender’s email address is authorized.
