Your customer service is the worst

Hello,
On may 15th I have purchased one of your plugins. At the same day I found out that it doesn’t have what I needed and I contacted you through a form on your website. I was asking to cancel the recurring payment and for a refund, because I wasn’t satisfied with the purchase. As of today, I still haven’t received ANY response.
I know that you get thousands of emails, but this is not how a normal company operates. I have contacted the 2CO today and asked them to cancel the recurring payment. Somehow they managed to do this in less than 20 minutes, while you couldn’t even respond to a freakin email for a month!
Today I have filled the contact form on your website for the last time. If I am not going to get any response till Friday, I am going to contact legal authorities to raise this issue to the higher level.
