Your contact form/email doesn’t work

  • Hello,

    I’ve purchased your Plus version, created an account and never received a password.

    I tried resetting pw, contacting you via website and email. Contact form does not send, emails bounce back.

    I need the theme. Please help.

    I just checked and our contact page works just fine. Please can you provide at least the username which you registered? Will send you a temporary password. Thanks

    No email received.

    When I tried to email you to contact@…, the email bounced back with message “550 account contact@…. has been suspended”.

    There’s something going on with your emails. Can you try sending from a different address?

    Have you check your spam folder please? we don’t use contact@ account to handle our emails.Sent from another email
