I deactivated the plug-in until the matter is resolved, so you won’t be able to test in on the link provided. I can’t afford to be without functioning contact forms for even an hour.

I’m using CF7 and everything worked fine at first, but today I tested a form and noticed the error message. I can’t find any search results for this message verbatim, and it’s not one of my custom messages either.

“Your comment/message was recognized as spam. If you\’re a legitimate user and have Javascript disabled, you\’ll need to enable it in order to comment or send a message.”

Every single submission gave this error. I tested different browsers on my computer and another on my phone. Different names, emails, and message text, just the IP remained the same.

I don’t know what the JavaScript issue is because I haven’t disabled it, and the form works fine without the WPA, so clearly it’s working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Nela,

We have tested our plugin with Ninja Form ver 5.8.4?and couldn’t find the form submission issue.

In most of the cases form submission being blocked reported after our latest release is due to the cached old files being served.

We added an extra field to counter the bypass some spambots did in our last version and those fields are inserted using javascript. However, due to some cached mechanisim serving the old js files of our plugin, it is not adding the new field to the form where as our form submission check code which is in PHP, searches for those fields.

Can you please make sure it is not cache issue ?

    Thanks

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I clear the W3 cache after each plugin update, but I’ve now purged the entire CloudFlare cache and it seems to be working again. I’ll be keeping an eye on it.
