The reason is they are using well formed user names and well formed email addresses! Both pass your tests!
Since this spammer loads 100’s of users to my site daily, I need something to catch them! I see that in the user name there is a snippet of the name that is common to multiple names! they may only load 12 to 20 at a time so if you had a snippet blocker for the name field or the email field, I could block the user additions after the first load!!! I COULD put the scan for snippet in a block table and voila dey gone! Be nice to scan the site user list and delete them also! Please consider this up grade so i can have peace from these idiots!!!!!!!!!!!! And certainly be fore really promoting this site!!!!
