• Good day,

I have the problem, as soon as I set up a Conditional Logic, my form reports “Your changes were not saved” every time I exit.

I have also tried on several pages. Always the same problem! Even if all plugin are deactivated except Contact Form 7 and Conditional Logic the problem persists.

Also in the console there is no error to find.
Only one group is set up, which reacts to a radio button with Yes No for testing.

I have set it up on a test page. Can gladly also provide access to look! Tell me only on which mail I should set up the access!

    Greetings Sascha

    Good day!

I have now found out that the problem only occurs when the conditional fields UI is set to “Normal”. When the conditional fields UI is set to “Text Mode”, the problem does not occur. Maybe this as a hint!

The staging site is then no longer needed and removed.
It would still be great if the problem could be fixed in one of the next updates.

    With kind regards Sascha

Interesting, could you disable all plugins and see if the problem persists?
I suspect there is a conflict with another plugin.

Only the two plugins Contact Form 7 and Conditional Fields are available. Even then the problem occurs! But also only if the “Normal” mode is activated. In “Text Mode” the problem does not exist. Also I used the default theme “Twenty Twenty-Two” for testing.

As a workaround I simply switched to “Text Mode” as default. When editing, I then manually switch to “Normal” in the form. When saving it goes back to “Text Mode” and so I don’t have the problem anymore.

But basically the problem exists in “Normal” mode.

@smgwebdesign Thanks. It appears that I’m able to reproduce this in my testing environment as well. Will try and fix this with the next update. Thanks for reporting!

Great, then I can use the staging page again elsewhere!
    Looking forward to the fix!
