• Hi,

We have installed the Piraeus Gateway plugin, passed the tests and having no problem with the live account until now that we are trying to send payment page links on customers.

We are creating custom ordersand providing the customer payment page link to unregistered customers. When the user press to pay, instead of being redirected to Piraeus, the message your cart is empty appears.

We tested it by chosing other gateway (woo default Paypal) and it redirect us with no issues to the paypal website.

Searching for a solution for the issue, we have seen that it probably be a problem of the gateway.

Is there anything we can do?
Anyone else with a similar issue?

    Thanks

    Hi again,
Apparently there is an issue of the gateway handling the manual orders’ payment pages.
We tried on a fresh wordpress install with just woocommerce and Piraeus Bank Gateway. When tying to pay from a manual order’s payment page we are redirected to an empty cart page. When creating an order from the frontpage with a product it produces normally an error (since on this install the gateway is not configured).

The issue is probably produced on process_payment function of the plugin and the ‘redirect value’, but we don’t know how to get around it.
    Any help with this?

    Thanks,
