KR Models Site – A number of customers (6 now) have reported that they cant make their payments on their orders.

“Hi, i’m trying to pay the next instalment for the WD Austerity. I enter my payment details and i keep getting told my card details are not complete, i’ve tried two different cards and double checked the details so think they are correct.

I understand that six different customers are facing the same issue where they are told that the card details are not complete.
Have there been other successful payments from other customers during this period? This information might narrow down the cause of the issue.
To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

While investigating the site’s System Status Report (SSR), I’ve noticed the following:
- Basket: ? Page does not contain the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode or the woocommerce/cart block.
- Checkout: ? Page does not contain the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.
- My account: ? Page does not contain the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.
- Custom theme active [Name: YEG Digital]
To clarify, did you already have a chance to test with the required WooCommerce pages in place, and setup as required, and a default theme, like TT3 temporarily active, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

I haven’t noticed this with any other kind of order, and no one has reported this happening to me with standard payments.We have received some payments during the last week or so that this problem starting occurring.

We are still trying to pinpoint the origin of this issue.
I understand that this is a live site and the steps suggested in the last message cannot be performed here.Above suggestion is not possible as it is a live website. please share other way.
To solve this issue, it would be better to create a staging site.
The staging site is a separate clone of your live site where you can freely make changes without affecting the live site.This method allows us to diagnose the website with default plugins and themes and find out the origin of the problem. You can consult your host if they provide a feature to create a staging site. If not then you can use a free plugin like WP Staging to create a staging site.

Do you have any custom code or plugin that modifies the checkout page?
Do you know if the error happened with different payment methods (mastercard, visa, american express, etc)?

This is the third time I am complaining about this. I received an order 10 days ago, and the payment deposit has not yet transferred to my bank account. Everything else seems okay; I haven’t received any disputes, my payments are enabled, and deposits are showing as automatic. However, I have not received any payment in my bank account. It still shows an available balance of $33. Why have you not transferred it yet? I also raised a case, and my case number is [insert your case number 8069817, but you guys have not replied, as always.

Yes, we are able to received payment, received a payment today, 3 payment yesterday

Ans: I don’t think it’s card specific, because i can received payment from visa as well as mastercard.
You really don’t have any idea, is i am the first which facing this issue? I ask you the possible reason’s so i cross check with customer’s. but you are unable to give me any single possible reason.If you don’t have any idea about the issue, what you checked if i created demo theme. some clients facing issue, which increase in these days, but this didn’t mean that no one able to pay.

I understand this is a frustrating situation, but we are doing our best to gather information and investigate what is causing the issue.
I have looked into this error message and the issues I could find were a bit old and already solved.
The more recent reports I found were either with other plugins (not covered by us) or a conflict between WooCommerce and another third-party plugin. That’s why we asked for a conflict test, so we can check if it is another plugin (or theme) that is interfering with the checkout process ??
If you can please create the staging site and run the conflict test, it would really help.
I also wanted to confirm a few things.
