Your card number is incomplete.

    Hello, I have activated on Woo-Commerce Stripe Checkout along with Cash.

    The issue is that when I click cash and submit the page it sends this message:

    “Your card number is incomplete.”

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Update:

    I removed Stripe as payment method and left Cash Only. On the secure form at checkout localyacht.mx you can see cash is only activated, when I click place order I get a different error message from WooCommerce red background at the top:

    “Your payment information is incomplete.”

    Update 2:

    I removed Cash on delivery as payment method and switched it to Check Only. On the secure form at checkout localyacht.mx you can see CHECK is the only one activated, when I click place order I get the same error message from WooCommerce red background at the top:

    “Your payment information is incomplete.”

    The link you shared is for an order that belongs to a user so we can’t review that page.

    You appear to have the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin enabled. Have you been using that plugin the whole time? If so, you’ve contacted the wrong support page as our plugin is called Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce.
