Your blog will disappear from Bing index

  • Since I installed IndexNow, my blog disappeared from Bing and DuckDuckGo index. I got zero click and zero impression on Bing Webmaster Tool for days now. I checked site:mysite.com on both of Bing and DDG … zero result. Even Bingbot still actively crawling my blog every second.

    Y’all should think twice before trying this horrible plugin.

  • That is a separate issue that many have been experiencing, including myself, for one of the websites I manage. No indexing issues now, as I contacted several people who work at Bing, on Twitter, and they fixed the situation for me in a matter of days.

    Good for you, but I am experiencing the same issue. Like so many others apparently.
    My site totally disappeared from Bing search results, for no other reason than this Indexnow cr@p.
    It’s not fixed, at least not that I can tell.

    Dear @marcusanthony could you please share the name or profile the specific team members that helped you to resolve it? actually I’m facing the same issue.

    It’s not the plug-in, per se. Bing indexing is badly broken. Is it due to IndexNow? I’m surprised there hasn’t been a much larger outcry or news about this.

    I was thinking of trying this plug-in to fix the problem, but judging by the comments, that won’t do any good, anyway, so I will wait to see if Bing can get its act together.
