  • Your post is very confusing. What are you actually asking? What backup plugin are you using? What theme? What version of WP?

    Hi HudsonValleyWebDesign!
    Sorry.
I just reinstalled the newest version of WP: 5.2.4.
The theme is called “Handmade 4.0”
    At dashboard it says:
“Your backup folder is NOT writable”
So what am I supposed to do?

The problem we have with our page is that we cant upload new pictures etc since the latest 4.0 version got installed. We cant find out where to do it. In the older version we knew. But now it feels like that possibility is no longer working and that can’t be. Obviously.

What plugin are you using to create backups as this is not a native feature in WordPress?

    Hi again, been busy.
I’m not the one who manage this, I don’t use WP at all. I’m just trying to help my girlfriend and she doesn’t know what to do.
I’m not sure there have been any backups at all.
Looking around for answers in “Database” -> “DB Options” I read on top of the page, the stuff I wrote in my first opening letter in this forum thread. I just simply do not know what to do. I cant find anywhere how I make may backup file writable. WHERE is my backup file in the first place? Online I suppose… since there are no local files at the computer, right? I feel like a total retard.
