Your add-on page doesn’t work correctly and I am missing my license

I purchased the Category add-on yesterday, it went into my cart and then went to PayPal for payment. I did NOT want to use the default payment method but as soon as I clicked the change link it went right to a purchase confirmation page without giving me the option to select a new payment method. Now I’ll be hit with an overdraft fee because of that. In addition I never received a license, I received 2 emails, one to confirm my subscription which does nothing just confirms that you will spam me or something. The other with a username and password which brings me to a WordPress site where you can do absolutely nothing when you login. So now you have my money but I have nothing in return.
