  • I am also having this same issue. There are also issues with customers resetting their passwords and then neither the old or new password will work. I made a test account to check, and I encountered the same problems with that test account.

    I had this problem and it was related to the latest update using new e-mail templates.

    WP does not send passwords anymore so you have to send users to the ‘reset password’ page where they can create their own.

    You can use the {password_reset_link} tag for this in the mail templates.

    Hi,

    User login details have been removed from the emails in update to plugin as we wanted to follow the WordPress security practices. WordPress removed passwords from being sent in emails so we have done the same to make plugin more secure.
