So, now I can go to the dashboard, but what to do in this case in future?

Blocked again, now from the frontend too, not only me.
the wp_wfblocks7 shows Blocked by login security settings.
But I don’t use login security options at all.

Well, I use
Let Wordfence use the most secure method to get visitor IP addresses. Prevents spoofing and works with most sites. (Recommended)
And it shows wrong IP. It shows inmotionhosting IP instead of mine.
Can I select
Use the X-Forwarded-For HTTP header. Only use if you have a front-end proxy or spoofing may result.
OR
Use the X-Real-IP HTTP header. Only use if you have a front-end proxy or spoofing may result.

Or what to do else?

It definitely sounds like the IP configuration was the issue but a diagnostic might help me see what is wrong.

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

@wfadam, I am having the same issue. For this client, I am only using the free version of the plugin. I put in my email to send an unlock email a couple of times, but it never comes. I whitelisted my IP and still doesn’t let me in. Also, wf is not logging me being blocked. I disabled wf and can sign in just fine. I just sent a report by email as you requested.
