    I installed Mailpoet long time ago but unfortunately our account is still not approved.

    Can you help me out here?

    Thanks for writing. ?Sorry for the confusion. Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and replies to them as soon as possible (within 12h). If you did not receive an answer from us, it’s either because we did not receive your request, or your did not get out reply.

    Upon checking, it looks like we actually sent a reply to you via email and your subscription has already been approved.

    Hey there! Same issue, although mine is a little weird. I set up MailPoet yesterday and sent emails just fine, right out of the gate. This morning it’s giving me the dreaded “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account.”

    Could I ask what changed from yesterday and when you think my account my be ready again?

    You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.

    I have the same issue. This is very frustrating and I seem to be in a loop of mostly not understanding if I have been approved or declined especially as initially all seemed to work fine.
