• First, the free version comes with “Go Pro!” tags that your customers can see, so it’s totally useless. So I went Pro, as it were, and quickly discovered it didn’t work with my Theme. I contacted support and their fast response was to ask for my login and password so they could have a look themselves. Right. So I asked for a refund and their riposte was: “We’re thinking of giving you a 50% refund if you shoot a video showing the plugin doesn’t work on your site.” I said I’d file a dispute with Paypal and they coughed up the dough, with a rude aside that they weren’t giving me a refund so much as throwing coins at a beggar.

    They seriously need to work on their code and customer service skills.
