“You require : 0 more to get redeem” this message should not display on the cart page. On the cart page “Your available points:” message should display.
If you’re having any issues then please run a test once by deactivating third-party plugins.
It may resolve your concern.

I’m having this issue as well.

There’s a text saying “You require : 0 more to get redeem” but this text wasn’t there before because I did translate the ones showing before.

What we understood is that you have translated this text so far in your plugin and again it appears to its original form, if is that so then you can again try by translating it again with Loco translate plugin, if there is something else then you can let us know with the help of screenshot or a small screen-cast so that we can check and help you in a better way.

We just made a fresh installation and we are seeing the same without any translations. Wondering if this can be addressed natively without entering a translation?
