This plugin is based on an Open Source mobile detect script that is updated frequently with the latest devices. WP Mobile Detect plugin has not been updated with the latest Open Source script since 2013, which means many devices will not be detected if you try to use this plugin.
In order to update your plugin to detect the latest devices, it is quite easy.
Copy ALL of the code here (has latest devices): https://raw.githubusercontent.com/serbanghita/Mobile-Detect/master/Mobile_Detect.php
Go to Plugins > Edit > WP Mobile Detect > replace ALL of the code in wp-mobile-detect/mobile-detect.php with the code you copied above.
