This just happened today. I have a VPS and it happened on ALL our WP accounts. I added SOAP to the server (in WHM), then suddenly anytime, on any account, that we try to use the theme editor in wordpress, it gives us the message:

I cannot comprehend how this happened and theres just no way it is feasible to go thru every single install on the server and change all the permissions on each file. So I want to find out where in WHM i can set this to work again.
