    Hi,

After verifying the account, it shows a message You need to become a paying customer in order to activate your account.

Can you please check this screenshot https://ibb.co/wRbVzD5

and also emails are going to the spam folder.

and it is also sending an email your account has been created without verifying

    Thanks

    Hi,

For the error notice “You need to become a paying customer in order to activate your account.” can you please disable the option in the plugin’s settings. It is under:

WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Blocking > Block non-payig users Please disable the options here.

The account creation email is sent automatically by WooCommerce. It is the standard WooCommerce “Customer new account” email. You can delay sending this from:

WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Email > Customer new account email > Delay WooCommerce “Customer new account” email

For this to work Email > Send as a separate email” needs to be enabled

@zohaibayub85 Thanks for your reply, I have done the settings as per the above message but nothing works here, even I have tried with storefront theme, the same issue is appearing.

Even I have reset all tabs settings.

Is there any log so I can share it with you and you can find the issue?

and sometimes both emails are coming together, i.e, activate your account and created your account. please check the screenshot https://ibb.co/5WykNYN

    Hello @lsingh and @needdesign02 ,

I’m sorry. There was a problem with the last version indeed.

I just released a new version (2.2.5) with the fix. It will work fine now. Please give it a try and let me know if it works well for you now.`

@karzin Thanks for your reply, and I think it works now, but it is sending both emails in the same time but sending them separately means after verifying the emails we should receive your account has been created successfully.

Please have a look here https://ibb.co/fCHNnWN

    Thanks

    Hi @lsingh

Please can you confirm if these 2 options are activated?

WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Email > Customer new account email > Delay WooCommerce “Customer new account” email

For this to work Email > Send as a separate email” needs to be enabled

Also are you using the Pro version of the plugin or the Free version?

    (@lsingh)

@zohaibayub85 Hi, thanks for your reply. Currently, I have installed a plugin Redirect After Login https://woocommerce.com/document/redirect-after-login-registration-logout/
and setup redirect type Previous Page (The user is sent to the previous page i.e if a user clicks on signup from product A – he will be redirected back to product A.)

so after enabling the email verification, it is also going to the prev page after registration of a customer, please see the screenshot here https://ibb.co/SRwHS3W and ask for the registration so that is making an issue.

so just need to confirm this plugin won’t work with the above plugin or Are there any settings that I can follow.

Still, we are in the free version of the plugin, and let me know if can achieve this in the Pro version.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the compatibility of our plugin with the redirect plugin that you are using without testing it.

Also the message that is in your screenshot, I am not sure that is generated from our plugin.

@zohaibayub85 thanks, can you please check the compatibility and let me know if this works?

    Hi @lsingh

Unfortunately, we don’t have a copy of the plugin (https://woocommerce.com/document/redirect-after-login-registration-logout/ )

@zohaibayub85 Is there any way to check the issue as it isn’t working with https://addify.co/product/woocommerce-redirect-after-login-registration-and-logout/

Please let me know if you have a solution.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I am not sure why you are using the other plugin. Just seems like, our plugin would be enough for your situation. You are trying to redirect customers after registration?

You could explore the following options in the plugin’s settings

    General > Redirect on Success
    General > Redirect on Failure
Advanced > Prevent login after register > Redirect

    Thread Starter lsingh

    (@lsingh)

@zohaibayub85 Ok but we need to redirect the customer to the previous page where he was before.

Is this functionality is available here or any paid version so we can take a look?

and for this functionality we purchased this plugin https://addify.co/product/woocommerce-redirect-after-login-registration-and-logout/

    Thanks

    Hi,

It is not possible to redirect to the page they were on before registering.

You can redirect to the My Account page, or a custom URL on your website.
