You need to be a paying customer…. to ask a question pre-purchase????

    Seriously, you cannot even ask a pre-sales/pre-purchase question at your website and get help with the questions you might have?

    If you need a quick response please support me and buy WP Staging Pro.

    What kind of customer service is that?
    So i have to buy the software to ask a purchase question?

    Maybe you guys should reconsider to allowing potential customers being able to contact you with questions before purchase?
