Thank you for your reply.
I have no other issues in WordPress as the Administrator. Only very specific attributes between them ‘Ring size’ inside that attribute it’s the whole numbers which I can’t access. For example 5, 6, 7, 8, etc. The other numbers 5 1/3 are accessible.
In the ‘size’ attribute term, every term is not accessible.
This means that all new products can’t have issues with attributes – variations to choose size and material, which is a big problem. The attributes are not imported to the product variations. Also in Material attribute term, the 14k white gold, etc are not accessible.
Most other attributes are working fine. That’s the only you have no permission to access note I ever received. Everything else works just fine.
Is there a way to restart / clean / remove specific attributes behind the scenes at the backend? Because I currently even delete the attribute.
I have tried the updated PHP version, but this didn’t help.
I tried disabling?plugins, this still didn’t work.
Also the 604 640 file permissions are set correctly.
It feels like it’s a woocommerce issue, not connected to another plugin.
What you wrote about –
- The information contained in your site’s core code or in a theme or plugin may not match what’s in your database.
That might be possible, how would I be able to edit/adjust the database? Where do I find the database?file to check the attribute terms?Maybe if I remove the problematic?attributes, then recreate them it will solve the issue. Can you help me locate the database file in the backend (FTP) what is it called and under which directory is it placed?I couldn’t find it manually on the host server behind the scene on FTP.
How would I resolve?this issue? It’s a problem for all our products.
I greatly?appreciate your help.
Have a nice day,
Ben
